General conditions

1. Who we are

ContentBeast is offered by SRI Services (sriservices.nl), San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico ("we", "us"). Contact: support@contentbeast.pro.

2. What you get

• Lifetime license (Solo, Studio, Team): a one-time purchase of the right to use the ContentBeast desktop app on the number of computers included in the plan you chose (1, 3 or 5). It includes the version you bought and one year of updates from the date of purchase.
• Post Scheduler: an optional monthly subscription that unlocks scheduling of articles (a chosen date and time) inside the desktop app. It does not change what the lifetime license includes: publishing by hand.
• Free trial: a limited number of free articles so you can try ContentBeast before buying (you still use your own AI key for them).

3. License

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ContentBeast for your own or your organisation's content. Each license key can be activated on the number of computers included in your plan. You can move a license to a new computer by deactivating the old one in the app.

You may not share your license key publicly, resell or sublicense it, or copy, reverse engineer or modify the software except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Free trial

The free trial includes a limited number of articles per person (currently 2). To prevent abuse, we record your email address and IP address and may refuse or end a trial if it is used repeatedly, through several email addresses or by circumventing these limits.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your license key is shown on screen and emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed.

6. Money-back guarantee

If ContentBeast is not right for you, email support@contentbeast.pro within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the price you paid. After a refund the license is deactivated.

7. Subscription (Post Scheduler)

The Post Scheduler renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked in your confirmation email; the subscription then ends at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

8. Your content and copyright

ContentBeast writes articles for websites that you own or are allowed to publish on. You are solely responsible for having the rights to the websites you connect, the texts you upload to the style library, the images and the products you refer to, and for everything you publish.

Do not use ContentBeast to copy, summarise for republication or republish other people's articles or other protected work without permission, to publish misleading, unlawful or infringing content, or to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. You agree to hold us harmless from claims that result from your use of content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend or revoke a license that is used in this way.

9. AI output and your AI provider

Articles are generated by the AI provider you connect with your own API key (such as Anthropic or OpenAI). You contract with that provider and pay it directly for usage; we are not responsible for its service, prices or terms. Output can contain mistakes or resemble existing text: please review it before publishing, or use the First draft mode in which nothing is published without your approval. As between you and us, you own the output you create with ContentBeast, to the extent the law allows, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish it.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the website, license checks and the Post Scheduler available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at support@contentbeast.pro.

11. Liability

ContentBeast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these conditions limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Ending or suspending a license

We may suspend or revoke a license if these conditions are seriously breached, for example by sharing a license key publicly, by payment reversal or by abuse of the free trial. You can stop using ContentBeast at any time.

13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy at contentbeast.pro/privacy.

14. Changes

We may update these conditions. The version that applied when you bought the product continues to apply to that purchase, except for changes that are in your favour or required by law.
